Roasia Distribution, publisher of the EAD Energy site, is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) as well as the French "Informatique et Libertés" Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended.

Your rights
- Access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy.

- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Portability: retrieve your data in a structured format.
- Post-mortem directives: define what happens to your data after your death.

Transfers outside the EU
Data is hosted within the European Union. Any transfer outside the EU takes place exclusively to countries offering an adequate level of protection or on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
